List the number of additional efficiency credits required in Section C406. \n2. Compare and contrast when additional efficiency credit requirements (in C406.1.1) and additional efficiency and load management credit requirements (in C406.1.2) apply. \n3. Apply Table C406.2 to commercial building projects based on the occupancy type and climate zone. \n4. Describe the additional efficiency requirements for building core/shell and build-out construction.
