Philadelphia, PA – May 21, 2019: Performance Systems Development (PSD) was recently awarded three multi-year contracts to manage third party QA inspection services for low-income energy efficiency programs in Pennsylvania. Utility programs awarded include FirstEnergy Corp’s WARM Plus QA in Met-Ed, Penelec and West Penn Power territories, PECO’s LIHEAP, and Philadelphia Gas Works’ (PGW) Home Comfort program, Repair and Renew Pilot, and the Low-Income Multifamily Efficiency (LIME) Pilot.
