ITHACA, NY – PSD is pleased to announce Sarah Dove as Director of Program Delivery. Sarah will oversee the delivery and implementation of utility energy programs to support the company’s growth and strengthen client relationships.
Sarah Dove is an experienced leader in the oil, gas, and energy industries, with a strong background in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams. She excels at driving operational efficiency, maintaining technical excellence, and delivering strategic initiatives that meet customer goals. Sarah is well known for leading large-scale programs from conception to execution, balancing technical precision with effective stakeholder engagement.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University and previously worked as a project engineer in the oil and gas industry, as well as leading engineering projects in the superconductor space. Previous employers include Pinnacle Reliability, Generac Grid Services, and MetOx Technology.
