The PSD Commercial Energy Code Giveaway is sponsored by Performance Systems Development of NY (PSD).

ELIGIBILITY:

Giveaway is open to legal residents of Pennsylvania who are age 18 or older at the time of entry and hold a current Building Code Official or Energy Inspector certification through the Department of Labor and Industry. Employees of PSD, the immediate families of such employees (employees’ parents, siblings, children and spouses) and members of the same household of such employees, and anyone involved in the production, development or handling of this Giveaway are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Complete the online survey, agree to assist PSD in identifying small commercial buildings for PSD inspections, and/or send a letter to:

Giveaway begins at 11:00 a.m. EST on January 5, 2015 and ends February 28, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. EST (the “Giveaway Period”). Winners will be chosen on February 20, 2015. Limit of one entry per person or email address. Multiple registrations from the same entrant may result in ineligibility to receive a prize. Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect mailing addresses or invalid entries. All entry information collected becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be shared or sold.

PRIZES:

Prize 1 – $100 Visa gift card

Prize 2 – $100 Visa gift card

If applicable, taxes are the winner’s responsibility. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitution for prize except as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the Administrator’s sole discretion. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

WINNERS will be notified by email and by having the prize mailed to the address supplied on the Sweepstakes entry form. No other notification will be provided. Winners can expect to receive their prize within four (4) weeks following the Giveaway end date of February 28, 2015 or sooner at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners will be independently and randomly determined by the Giveaway Administrator, PSD, whose decisions regarding this Giveaway are final. Limit of one prize per household. Any prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner (by random selection from entries per the date returned prize is received by Administrator). Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s consent that the Sponsor may use the winner’s name, address (city and state only), likeness (if provided by winner) and any statements made by the winner about the Giveaway and Sponsor for promotional purposes, in all forms of media, including online on Facebook, Twitter, etc., in perpetuity and without monetary payment or additional consideration.
