ITHACA, NY – PSD, an energy services and technology company, is pleased to name Cara-Leigh Battaglia, B.A., M.S., as Director of Program Delivery to support company growth by overseeing program delivery and implementation.
Cara-Leigh has spent 38 years as sole proprietor for CL Battaglia/Strategic Business Solutions as a C-level executive transition specialist, strategically repositioning or expanding organizations in crisis or transition in multiple industries. She previously served as Executive Director/CEO of the Building Performance Contractors Association of NYS, a 501c6 trade association serving NYS, NYC, and Long Island, and Acting Executive Director of the NY Institute of Home Performance, a 501c3 charity serving training, education and workforce development needs for New York’s clean energy industry. Cara-Leigh also formerly led the National Math Foundation, funding math and literacy programs in school districts nationwide, and has a diverse background in consulting, economic development, and education/workforce development. She is a well-regarded public speaker, presenting at numerous state and national conferences annually, and is a published author and editor.
