PSD, an energy services and technology company, is pleased to name Cindy Zeis as Director of Technical Services to support company growth by overseeing technical analysis, program design, savings calculations, software implementation, and training oversight.

As one of the most experienced building scientists and experts in the new homes and rating industry, Cindy will continue to support PSD with program design, program savings calculations and analysis, internal software design and execution, software troubleshooting, program participant technical support, internal and external training, as well as advanced modeling analysis. Zeis also provides subject matter expertise for our Codes, New Homes, Existing Buildings, QA, Engineering, and Software business units.

Cindy is a RESNET Certified Trainer, RESNET/ACCA QAD HVAC Grade Assessor, RESNET Quality Assurance Designee, and current President of the NEHERS Alliance. Additional certifications include EPA RRP Instructor and Residential Lead Renovator from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
