The National Home Performance Conference & Trade Show is an annual conference hosted by the Building Performance Association that brings together thousands of contractors, weatherization professionals, trainers, program administrators, energy auditors, and others working in residential energy efficiency for the latest industry education. The conference, which is now in its 38th year, hosted the 2024 edition in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
PSD’s own Shane Bulick, Lauren McFeeley, Andrew Rodriguez, Brendan Thomas, and Greg Thomas all presented sessions. The information for each session is listed below. Shane and Lauren presented “Designing & Implementing Internal Quality Control Strategies”, Greg and Brendan presented “Load Reduction Impacts as a Goal for Building Envelope Programs”, and Shane and Anfrew presented “Field Staff: Tips & Tricks for Navigating a Weatherization Career”.
In total there was 18 members of staff that attended this event. They enjoyed meeting up with industry friends as well as learning and discussing all things home performance related!
