As illustrated by a recent article in Scientific American, energy codes are receiving increasing national attention for their power to save money and help meet decarbonization goals. Recent infusions of federal funding to support the adoption and implementation of modern energy codes have brought energy codes further into focus for state and local officials, but energy codes are not new to PSD.
