ITHACA, NY  – Performance Systems Development of New York, LLC (PSD), an energy efficiency technology and services provider, announced today that its CEO, Kathy Greely, will retire effective December 31, 2026. Effective January 1, 2027, PSD will be led by Emelie Cuppernell Glitch as CEO and Josh Huber-Honigman as President and COO.

Kathy has served as PSD’s first female CEO for the past 4 years and has been with the company for 19 years. She will remain a member of PSD’s Board and a Senior Advisor to ensure a smooth transition.

“Serving as PSD’s CEO has been an incredible honor,” Kathy said. “During my time at PSD, we expanded to thirty clients in a dozen states, literally reaching from coast to coast. Most recently, we became certified as a Women-Owned Business through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), which has provided the company with a wealth of opportunities for industry partnerships and new avenues for growth”

Emelie Cuppernell Glitch is PSD’s current Vice President of Delivery. She has been with PSD since 2005 and has worked on initiatives for utilities, state agencies, and other organizations across the country. Emelie has also been an active leader in the residential energy industry. She has served on the RESNET Board of Directors for nearly a decade and is a former President of the Northeast Home Energy Ratings Alliance (NEHERS).

“PSD has been a huge part of my professional life for more than 20 years, so stepping into the CEO role is both deeply meaningful and incredibly exciting,” said Emelie. “What has always made PSD special is our talented people, deep expertise, and commitment to doing work that matters. I’m excited to lead PSD into this next chapter—building on that foundation to be the kind of organization that attracts great people, earns the trust of our clients, and takes on the challenges that matter.”

Josh Huber-Honigman has been with PSD since 2024 as COO. He began his career focusing on business development and sales in the technology sector, then transitioned to operations and general management when he joined Lyft as an early employee. At Lyft, he played a critical role in team and market building in the tri-state area and remained with the company through their IPO. Post-Lyft, he focused on building and supporting top-notch internal operations at Shipt during the COVID-19 pandemic before leading an operations function at Emeritus, a 4,000-person tech company.

“Since joining PSD almost three years ago, I have been thrilled to learn so much about this industry and am honored to work with the talent we have at the organization. I have loved working with our partners and clients and am so inspired by the important work we are doing in this field I’m excited to partner with Emelie as we chart PSD’s path forward.”
